I founded my first internet company in 1999 and have kept working on disruptive start-ups, digital projects and consulting engagements ever since.

Today, I design and deliver trainings for leaders and teams showing how to escape the drama triangle at work, creating resilience and an empowered mindset using a method called 3 Vital Questions.
